With more than 20 years’ experience, she has worked with individuals and companies to ensure efficiencies through ongoing change management in numerous esteemed organisations including The Dell Foundation, The United Nations and The SA Department of Education, and the Department of Health.

Over two decades, Maon has established several successful start-ups in the alternative media and digital space. This included a successful partnership with Clear Channel International and Independent News & Media.

His experience spans a portfolio of blue-chip clients including Unilever, SAA, Samsung and Vodacom, where he spearheaded outstanding digital transformations and business development initiatives.

With a Master’s Degree in IT, Richard is a true industry veteran.

He was a member of the Exco at Multichoice (an MIH Company) and has been instrumental in creating a number of coveted digital solutions that drive results and that have delivered multiple successes for various blue-chip clients.

He has also served on a number of judging panels for prestigious South African digital and media awards.
